Mounting on a Surface or Wall
Such mounting is normal and will not affect the device measurement precision, as air vents are located on the sidewalls of the device body.
There is even a custom-made Aranet4 anti-theft wall mount from us as the manufacturer that can be used to secure the device in its installation place. It also works with an Aranet2
