# Device Lifespan

The battery life of the two AA batteries that the device uses is dependent on some conditions. See the table below:

#### Waste of electronics

Waste batteries and electronic equipment must be taken to household hazardous waste collection points! You may search the internet for the closest collection point in the area you are located.&#x20;

**Never** put these items in household garbage or recycling bins!&#x20;

**Do not expose** the batteries to fire! Do not dismantle them!&#x20;

Waste of batteries and electronic equipment can contain substances and materials that can harm the environment and living beings, if treated as regular household waste.&#x20;
